When you log onto our innovative Job Track service you will be provided with a guaranteed delivery date at the commencement of your job,  assuming your fabric arrives to us on time. Our Job Track service also lets you track every job so you can monitor the current progress, throughout the manufacturing process.

After Care Service Guarantee

Because we stand by our product we offer an After Care Service Guarantee which means we offer you and your customers a 3 year production warranty for repair or replacement should component failure or a manufacturing fault occur. We will also collect and return at no charge, any product we deem has a manufacturing fault.

Our 3 year warranty applies from the date of purchase from BQ Design and is subject to verification of the following facts:

1. The recommended care instructions have been followed.

2. The product has not been damaged, altered or modified in any way by the product purchaser.

3. The product has not been used by the purchaser in a manner inconsistent with its purchase.

4. The product has been correctly installed.

Measuring and Installation – for when you need a hand

In Melbourne we now offer a complete end-to-end measuring, manufacturing and installation service. Our measurer and installer has had years of soft furnishing experience and is able to handle any job, small or large. If you live outside Melbourne we also have contacts with a number of professional measure and installation professionals. Just give us a call and we will aim to find a suitable person for the job.

Shrinkage –it’s not a problem

Fabrics* for Curtains, Roman Blinds and Bonded Blinds are processed through our specially designed fabric pre-shrinking oven. This oven reduces movement after manufacturing to assist the curtain or blind retain their shape and quality for many years.

*Fabrics with viscose, silk, velvet, double layer or wide width fabrics are not able to be put through the pre-shinking oven.

Email order notification – we are communicators

We believe staying in touch with you is a vital part of delivering excellent customer service. For this reason we send out email notifications for the following things:

  • Worksheet received but awaiting fabric
  • Fabric received but awaiting a worksheet
  • Worksheet received for a Home Range product
  • Order completed and dispatched, or ready for pick-up

Factory tour and manufacturing support

Once you have signed up as a customer why not consider a visit to our factory and showroom. We conduct tours of our factory for customers to learn more about the way we manufacture our products and discover the innovating technology we use. If you don’t live in Melbourne or it’s inconvenient for you to travel to Notting Hill we can visit you to provide onsite training of any products you would like to learn more about.
